Are the internships paid?
There will be no compensation for the first 3 months of the Internship. A certificate/letter of experience will be awarded to the intern. Paid internship opportunities are offered after a 3-month performance review of the intern.

What is the duration of the internship?
The duration of the internship may range from 6 weeks to 12 weeks, after completion of which, the intern may be offered an extension based on their performance. Alternatively, if they wish to continue, they can re-apply for the same or different position, subject to availability/vacancy.

Is there any criteria based on which applicants are deemed eligible for internship?
Yes, the applicant will first have to appear for a multiple-choice format assessment, followed by an interview. Based on their performance on both the assessment and interview, they may or may not have to undergo training to be eligible for internship.

What does the training cover?
The training program covers all the concepts that the applicant is required to be familiar and thorough with, to be able to work on the projects assigned during the course of the internship.

What can an applicant expect to gain out of the training program?
The training program is an extensive hands-on learning approach for the applicants to learn, and test their knowledge in their preferred domain. A certificate is awarded to the applicant on successful completion of the same. By enrolling for, and completing the training program the applicant not only becomes eligible for the internship opportunities at TechR, but also adds a skillset to their résumé along with practical experience of the same. The applicant is equipped to handle industry-level tasks and responsibilities, giving them a headstart into their professional careers and making them a prominent choice for recruiters.
